If you are visiting for the first time, our volunteers want to help! As you enter the "Big House" (our children's ministry space), look for adults wearing blue children's ministry t-shirts. They can help direct you to the kids check-in station.
Once at this station, you will fill out some basic information about your child so that we can input them into our check-in system. After checking in, you will receive a name tag for your child and a parent tag with an ID number. Your child will not be released from his/her classroom until we receive the matching ID number tag from you.
After check-in, your child will start in the large group environment, but you will pick them up from their small group classroom at the end of the hour.
We use a curriculum from the ReThink Group called Orange. Our strategy combines the two greatest influences in a child's life: the love of the home (red) and the light of the church (yellow). These influences combined make orange (the color behind our strategy). Our goal is to partner with you as the parent as you raise your kids to know and love Jesus.
On Sundays, we offer both large group and small group experiences for kids.
Large Group: During large group, kids are engaged in worship and a Bible Story that are geared specifically for them. We strive to tell God's Story in ways kids will remember long after Sunday morning is over.
Small Group: We believe kids grow best in a small group environment. During small group time, relationships are built and our small group leaders dig deeper into the weekly Bible Story with fun and relevant activities.
Parent Resources: Our hope is that Sunday morning sets up the rest of the week for great conversations about God at home. Check out some great resources below as you continue the Sunday morning conversation throughout the week.
